I've had a firm of cowboys do my roof, and they didn't connect the guttering, so when it rained today, I had water from the gutters flooding into the walls of my house. Jimmy came out to me within 2 hours, put the job right, and then told me what else needed doing, to finsih it off professionally when he has the time. I'm very grateful to him for his fast response, and good work. Thank you!
