Wow, what can I say about Jim?! Fantastic person and superb workman. He's such a pleasure to have in your house. He became more like family! He was always keeping in touch before the job started and was happy to advise with materials etc. He kept us informed throughout, whatever work he did - every step of the way, he showed us and explained to us what he'd done. Excellent. James gave very good advice on the type of work we needed, a clear and accurate quote and more importantly kept us up to date with his scheduling. The work was completed on time and in budget and when the suppliers sent the wrong fitting, James keep us informed and sorted it. Absolutely recommend
