.I have recently had my loft insulated with open cell foam and this company installed it superbly they also supplied the correct paperwork with no let downs and i will not hesitate in using this company in the future mr k roberts
Just had our loft treated for dry rot and sprayed with foam Such an easy process from start to finish. Ashley and Adam were superb, explained all our options and even gave us time to think about our options as it was a shock to be told we had dry rot. There was no pressure in buying . The dry rot specialist was great, explained everything to us. The guys who did the spraying were on time on the day, clean and left no mess and very friendly and polite. Their representative was the 2nd company we contacted. They were well below the price we had been quoted, as they advised we didn't need the wood treatment or a separate membrane, as first company had advised. Also advised there was no government grant we could claim, we would not be eligible as we don't receive any of the benefits as advised on Government website.
Told my vulnerable father that he had dry rot in roof space, got a second opinion, and they stated it was fine. These people have harassed my father, endless phone calls, refusing to give back deposit, literally harrassed him to the point of tears. Rude guys, using the good old bullying tactics of one guy calling and then the other guy calling seconds after!. Avoid at all costs, preying on the vulnerable!
