My experience matched EXACTLY what was described by the other recent reviewer. Excuse re initial failure to turn up, assurance I was first on the list for the day after - finally they turn up at 5pm(!!?) after saying "within the hour" in the morning, and several other obvious lies about being "on their way" etc. A full day burned waiting that I could ill afford with a ton of other stuff on. Hired James at short notice to do my carpet after we were let down by SCS. He was great originally. Booked us in short notice and done a great job but thats where it ended. Subsequently booked him in to do laminate in my kitchen, hallway and carpet my veranda. First of all he said several times he is "definitely coming" and never turned up despite me asking several times that day.
