We ordered bathroom items from JBN in November 2023. Our tradesmen turned up in March 2024 and we had less than 25% of the items ordered from JBN. They haven't given us the promised refund for the items not supplied. In the meantime, apparently the company has gone into liquidation and the director has started up a new company doing similar business, see Companies House for more information.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I have had the most horrendous experience with this company over some 18 months. They promised the earth & I foolishly fell for the snazzy showroom & the patter. I experienced problems with their workmanship on both an en suite refurbishment & a bathroom refurbishment & was left suffering a noise like a gatling gun behind the shower control for several months. The most unreliable company I’ve ever dealt with . Constant empty promises, no updates, faulty goods and then when our £30000+ swim spa fails after a few short months they tell us to deal with the manufacturer and not them ! I can now see why we aren’t the only poor review ! Let’s see if they are professional enough to ever sort this mess out … watch this space
Just popped in to look at bathroom fittings etc. Staff could not be more helpful, certainly know their stuff regarding customer needs
