I had a disappointing experience with these landlords. While they present themselves online as highly successful, my experience as a tenant didn’t reflect that level of professionalism. Be aware as they promise viewings and 30mins before you arrive, knowing you've just travelled 300+ miles and spent over £200 to get there, to tell you it's taken...the audacity to call you 30mins prior to ask if you are still coming knowing full well they gave the place to another person and then call you back to say so....Will most definitely be make a complaint to SP.
This morning my daughter and I made our way from Kingston upon Thames to view a property that we had made an appointment look at two weeks ago only to have the agent call her while on the train to Nottingham from Kings Cross letting her know that the room had been let. We had both spent £70 each on travel costs and booked a hotel over night in aid of coming to see the property.
