We had a large cypress tree removed from our garden, and we were genuinely impressed by the team’s care and consideration. Jay and his team: Charlie, Raul, Stan and Cali not only were they punctual and professional throughout the process, but they took great pains to protect the surrounding properties—working attentively to avoid any damage next door. The site was left clean. A great friendly bunch of lads to deal with. Highly recommend for anyone wanting skilled, neighbour‑respecting professionals.
Tree was cut down to the height we specified. The remains were carried out through a corridor that was damaged in the process but then was fully restored to its original condition once I let them know about it.

Jays tree care team are great as soon as they arrived Josh and the team got straight on with the job. I had 2 trees cut right down, 1 tree had already broken in half and they even had to deal with a wasps nest hiding in the smaller tree. All of it was done in a few hours once a price was agreed and before you knew it the job was done and everything taken away and the garden and driveway all tidy.
