Said he would do a job for us to move from one house to another said it would be after 3 waited till 4 rang went to voicemail left a message no reply rang again at 5 left a message no reply we now have to pay another month's rent because we can't move the stuff without a van today was the last day to move it even if he couldn't make it it would have been nice for him to reply avoid at all costs not the right way to treat a potential customer

What a nightmare I'm having getting in touch with this company at the moment. I have my caravan in this storage unit, they have moved it and when they have moved it they have damaged the back of it and smashed the TV inside as it's fallen on to the floor. They have also taken the thing that we put the legs up and down with on the caravan. Absolutely fuming is an understatement!!!

Avoid this place ! Been moved to another storage unit as apparently they getting rid of storage containers. Still waiting for my deposit (been 3 months since I’ve left). Phoning at least twice a week and they just keep saying sorry it’s nothing else they can do. Absolute joke. Avoid this place!

Avoid storing your caravan here. Website advertised hard standing clean pitches, they are however anything but clean. The terrain is appalling, significant potholes that will affect the suspension of your vehicle. They advertise staff on site 24/7, I’ve yet to see anyone there. Caravan parked opposite our pitch not in a designated bay that restricted our access in & out of pitch, resulting in clipping the wooden post that separates pitches, jays never returned our call when we rang to complain.
