We used jaybus for our pickup from Heathrow and arranged for a ride with 12 to a wedding. Jay and his team were very accommodating and flexible. If you’re looking to plan ahead, this is a much better choice than Uber/Bolt.

I used Jay's minibus service to transport a group of 16 friends into Cambridge and back when staying near Great Sampford. I found his service to be very reasonable and flexible. We finished earlier than expected and after a quick text he was more than happy to accommodate the earlier pick up time. Super nice guy as well and managed our 'energetic' group well without problem. Massive thanks to him, was a great find and would absolutely recommend his service for large groups :)

My train was cancelled and I was stuck with no way to get the airport for first trip abroad in 15 years. Jay went out his way to make sure we all made it to the airport on time

Jay did a fab job of picking us up from Saffron Walden to Cambridge. We had arranged 2 journeys which he arrived on time for. Best price and didn’t ask for it up front like others had tried. Clean and comfortable. Friendly. Bonus was on the way home after our night out was he didn’t mind taking us through and drive through 👍🏼 Thanks Jay
