Pippa and Matthew are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and great communicators. Pippa devised a creative solution to my curtain conundrum, using her encyclopaedic knowledge of fabrics, patterns and textures. She also kept me informed of progress at every stage. When Matthew came to hang the curtains and install the hold-backs, he was punctual and polite.
