Dealer would not honor the Car Guru price which had recently been dropped and what got our interest - I had the printout of the listing and was paying cash. They stressed that they are not affiliated with Car Gurus and that Car Gurus just makes up these prices on their listing. They were willing to take $100 off their much higher dealership price. I contacted JWT about the car to make sure it was still on the lot before I made the trip to the dealership; it was. I was only 20 minutes away, but before I arrived, the salesperson, Alexanderia, had the car washed and ready for me to look over and test drive. The car is in great condition. It looked as clean as the photos, and the engine compartment, of all places, was spotless. The sales rep at Jay Wolfe was fabulous and very patient. He first met with my husband and later went over everything with me again separately and thoroughly. He went over less expensive models with me and discussed other options as well. While we did not end up purchasing this vehicle, it was a very close decision and I would not hesitate to work with Goose and the team in the future.
I drove 2.5 hours for an appointment to see a car and it wasn't ready and the salesperson I had the appointment with was not available. I did get good service from another salesperson but still feel like my time was not valued.
