Dealer would take multiple days to respond and wouldn’t have answers to the questions I asked.
Received a response to my initial request, with a response that my questions concerning this vehicle would be answered. I appreciated that initial response, however, the response I received was that the vehicle had been sold. That's extremely poor customer service and speaks volumes about your dealership.
Heather responded right back. Ask for out the door price she gave it to me. No outrageous admin fees like some other dealers. Ed was my salesman everything went smooth no problems. Great buying experience.

The dealer replied to me email in good time but after the first email, it took the dealer a few days to reply with the times they are open. I visited the dealership and was met at the door as soon as I got out of my vehicle. The salesman listened well to my needs and answered my questions well. Very polite and not pushy. Was set to go for test drive when learned truck did not have backup camera. Would go back if next vehicle had exactly features wanted.
Jay Wolfe responded immediately and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We were shopping for a specific vehicle and they were upfront about what was available at their dealership. The dealer worked extensively with us to find what we were looking for and also offered to transfer a vehicle free of charge from another dealer. We ended up purchasing a vehicle from their inventory. The overall experience was very pleasant. We didn't feel any pressure, the entire process was straightforward and very easy.
