I received a call within 5 minutes after reviewing reviewing a car. I scheduled appointment for 12/31/18. I received a text in the morning from Sales Manager confirming. Jay Wolfe was not prepared for my appointment since the call came from their national call center They could not even find the car in the system and I had to provide the stock #. A pleasure doing business with them. Cars are priced right. They’ll work with you on a trade-in, just not the purchase price. Fair enough.
If zero stars was an option, that would be my rating. I will say that I was shopping a Volkswagen, which is clearly outside of their scope of sales and obviously knowledge. But the listing stated it had a power moonroof and we just didn’t see it in the photos so I contacted Samantha (I think). I asked her to clarify, explaining my confusion with the listing and expecting she would LOOK at the vehicle. She verified that it had a power moonroof, not panoramic (as expected in a Tiguan SE).
