At 7:30 this morning I got a call to cancel my 10:00 appointment with the nurse practitioner, the person who called was nice and set me up for the next morning. At 4:30 this afternoon I got a call to cancel that appointment. Next available appointment was thirty days down the road no exeptions. I have had skin cancer and probably have a more serious case but that doesnt seem to matter.
I've been a Faith Esterson patient for over 20 years. She has successfully taken care of me for two cancers and is the only one I would go to for dermatology.
Unfortunately he is retiring but the facility is an excellent facility in the service is very good so I will continue to remain a patient.
As a person who has been through a rollercoaster of pain, swelling, and medication side effects in the last month, I have never felt so disappointed, upset, and defeated following an appointment where I was simply a patient in pain looking for help. I drove an hour each way just to be dismissed in under five minutes, treated rudely, and no closer to finding the root cause of my skin issues. I literally could not hold back tears and then sobs as I walked out of the office and then the building.

Great service by all in doctor's office. Dr. James is a wonderful doctor and very pleasant.
Have been a patient of Dr. Esterson since the late 1990’s. Always excellent service. Wouldn’t think of changing to another dermatologist. Very satisfied client!
I was very nervous and Angie was so helpful and kind. Dr. Smith was also very nice and gave me the opportunity to ask questions and make choices in my procedure.
