Yesterday was our first meeting with Dr. Klem. I've been a patient with Advanced Dermatology for years, starting in Fort Myers. My wife and I were treated promptly, and Dr. Klem was extremely friendly and professional. She addressed my questions and put my mind at ease over a medical issue. I would highly recommend her.

Minimal waiting time. Dr. was very thorough as per usual. Explained what each little mole or freckle was that she found. She even provided some skin moisturizer samples to me, which was very nice!
I took my 13 year old daughter to him today and the appointment was terrible. She was in pain and he stretched her arm further than could be tolerated and left her exposed while another male counterpart was in the room. Will be filing with the Better Business Bureau. As an RN and a service member I do not expect to ever treat my patients in the way he did today. Very sad for the face of healthcare. If he does not desire to take care of others he should retire and all more capable and compassionate providers to take over.
Dr Yungmann is always friendly, thorough, and professional. I'm not really happy about having a lot of spots frozen. However, having precancerous spots frozen is much better than surgery. I've had both.
