Visited the tauranga crossing shop found what we were looking for,but not the right size, the assistant was lovely sorry dont know her name sge had dark hair with emerald green highlight and it was 10.30am saturday, she looked up on the computer and found one in our hometown and rang the taupo store and asked kindly if they could hold one for wednesday for us,we were visting the cinema and chatted away and i said i would let her know how the planet of the apes movie was any good..it was great😁 i left a msg for her with anot... read more
i came shopping for the late night shop the other night and i LOVED my experience in this store. the young girl working with bright red hair was absolutely lovely. she had awesome customer service!! was very helpful, welcoming and pleasant to talk to
Went to Jay jays yesterday in Tauranga crossing. Store was absolutely quiet, no one else in there. 2 girls behind the counter. One was helpful, the other was sitting down. We got what we needed. One helped us get what we needed, the other served us. Pushed our stuff across the counter after we paid and said “thanks”. No bag offered. We left.
