Jordan was so good she helped us find everything we were after and kept the store really tidy and organised, she made sure we got the most out of the deals at the checkout which there was so many of. Such a great range of products and sizes, highly recommend this store. Thanks Jordan!
Went in yesterday and had the best customer service experience in a clothing store in years! Was trying on a dress and Chrissie asked me if she could help. They didn't have the size I wanted to try so she rang Albany and got them to hold 2 sizes for me to try on in a few days. Absolutely seamless from start to finish. I wish I lived closer because I'd shop there again. 5 stars Chrissy!
