I was served by Kat who was incredibly sweet and genuine, and went out of her way to make sure I had the best shopping experience and got exactly want I wanted. Retail workers like her are what retail is all about!
It was my first time shopping at Jay Jays, and I was thrilled to find amazing deals. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and well-organized. I’ll definitely check out other Jay Jays locations when I come across them. Thank you for a very pleasant shopping experience!
Went to Jay Jay's today, hard to drag the husband shopping, asked the retail assistant if she had a tape measure as husband had lost weight, umm no was the reply, asked about mens jeans and was pointed to the door, we kept on walking to the next store. Which were fantastic and extremely helpful
Excellent shop for buying clothes for my teenager. A real highlight is the licensed Tshirts that they stock here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely continue to shop here.
