We had a truly wonderful experience in the palmy store with JESS and a guy with pipe cleaner headband (Sorry didn't get his name on Sunday 1ar dec My child (13) is they/them and plus size/short for there age and for years has struggled with shopping and feeling accepted I've never seen charlotte light up as much as she did in store with ALL your staff that day.. we spent $400 but honestly it was worth so much more to see charlotte so excited and accepted I just wanted to let you know what a huge asset your amazing staff are!... read more

Went In today and had the most incredible experience, I live in auckland and the service and help is always appalling, here it was much different I met the employees Caitlin, Vincent and Eva and they were wonderful and incredibly helpful I usually try find an excuse to get out of the store but today I found myself trying to find reasons to stay longer 10/10 hope to go back again soon.
