Came in to shop, instead I was watched like a hawk by good ol nana. Wait not even watch, she had the audacity to stand so close to me and not leave me alone after I excused her and thanked her for her service. WRONG. Its crazy when your own people discriminate you & whats even crazier is shes served me many times before so I don't know what was different. She needs to retire, shes creepy. Hi, I had a wonderful experience at Jayjays. I came in to exchange a pant size and the process was super easy. The wonderful lady also helped me select a better pair of pants. She gives good customer service and recommendations. Good sales as well, good prices. Would recommend to visit.

I encountered a lovely young worker last Friday night , i recall her name being CA? She had awesome customer service and had a bubbly persona . She was so enthusiastic and catered to helping me whenever help was needed without a sense of attitude. I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work.
There was a lady in a hijab who was lovely and help me so nicely, however there was old indian lady who was very rude and disrespectful. She picked up the phone and she immediately said they didn’t have the item I was looking for without checking and had such a rude attitude towards me. I felt so embarrassed because of her.
