DO NOT use this company. I wish that we had researched them more before ordering a larder from the via Etsy. Given a 6 to 8 week lead time, after 19 weeks they stopped responding to emails and calls etc. Had to submit a claim with the credit card company for reimbursement.
after much chasing and pestering I did get the goods I paid for. Sadly they are excellent carpenters but not very good at customer service, clearly they had a cash flow problem but after many emails I did get my order. Avoid giving this company your money. Look at reviews online (other than the ones they have bought). We paid in full for a kitchen island unit in August 2020 with an agreed lead time of 6-8 weeks which we have never received (nearly 7 months later). This seems to be the case for every person who has done the same. Can't get hold of them, apart from automated messages, full of excuses. Do your due diligence. Still waiting for my kitchen island. Avoid like the plague, going into administration....again. Most likely come back as another company in a year or so.
We actually gave them a chance. To anyone reading this - the negative reviews are genuine, on here and on trust pilot. They are liars and have a lot of claims stacked up against them.
