I recently called this solicitor firm by recommendation for legal advice regarding a housing issue I am facing, the receptionist was rude no question about it. I was on hold while she speak to someone in the office, it felt like forever, with no regard I was waiting to continue my enquiry, I wasn’t told to hold on etc, then she just hang up the phone on me, I could not believe it, I decided not to call back, even though I needed the legal support, first impressions is everything, I will seek help elsewhere
