Jason was extremely helpful throughout the selling of my familys' home in Spring Valley. I found Jason to be very honest, reliable, organized, understanding and easy to work with. I live out of state and he was able to set me up with numerous resources that he has to help me clean out the home, get repairs made and even helped organize an estate sale. He is very through and when it came to signing... we did it electronically which made it easy for me.He is very professional and knows the area well.

Over the years, Jason has handled four real estate transactions with me. Some of this work had to be done while I was out of the country, and he never skipped a beat. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly.
Jason is hard working, innovative, and very personable. He accepted the challenge to prep and sell our somewhat unique property and delivered good results. Our property required a lot of cosmetic improvements prior to listing and Jason managed those improvements with speed and attention to detail. Even though we were out of town sellers, we felt secure with Jason as our listing agent.
Jason was great in representing me in this sale. I was out of the area & Jason monitored the home, kept me abreast of the situation & even did some light cleanup after the tenant had vacated the home. He offered constructive suggestions on how to make the property show well. He solicited feedback from realtors who had shown the property and provided it to me in a timely manner. He is by far the best realtor I have utilized in several transactions, both buying and selling.
