I contacted Jason "cold" to help give me an idea of the value of my home and what it would be worth doing to increase it's value. He gave me far more information than I expected, and was helpful in every way. Although I have decided to not sell my home at this time, he also provided me with critical information about refinancing my condo in La Mesa. I had not been able to re-fi it because the HOA had a lawsuit against the developer. But Jason told me who could still finance it. He was a life-saver and I highly recommend him!

We had a complex sale that Jason handled with the upmost skill and responsiveness. The two family owners of the property were a Trust and I handled the Probate side of the Estate, we had legal complications from a third party claim to ownership which resulted in delays.
