Jason Kardos was very helpful in coming up with plan from start to finish to help us purchase our first place. He is very attentive to questions and goes extra mile making the home buying process smooth as possible. Jason was able to help us get a place in a competitve and desirable location we wanted to live and helped us close the deal. We used Jason to sell a house that was essentially a family heirloom. He put in the time and effort to understand its history, which was necessary to answer certain questions, and helped to get it marketable. It sold for much more than we ever hoped for and it wouldn't have happened without his hard work and experience. You won't find an agent who works harder to earn his clients' loyalty!

Jason works super hard! He is very friendly and easy to work with. We were selling an executive home at the top of the local market. Jason held about 5 open houses, kept flyers in the bin, and produced the best home video I've ever seen.
