Fantastic selling experience. Jason had our best interest in mind and was very responsive throughout the entire process. We could only hope to have brokers like Jason with our other assets.
I enjoyed working with Jason a lot. He is very knowledgeable. When looking at homes he was always pointing out the details; good and bad, that I would not necessarily notice. He was always very easy to get a hold of. It was easy to make appointments with him to see properties. When I made an offer it was well below the asking price, but he was persistent about keeping the dialogue going with the seller until we got to a happy medium. He was very detail oriented about the buying process. He made the escrow process very easy.
Where do I begin? Jason Kardos is a very kind, patient man. He has been in the business a long time and has developed a loyal following. I've known him many years, but it wasn't until he helped us prepare a rental property for sale, that I saw the true depth of the quality of work he performs. Jason went above and beyond what I thought any realtor would ever do. He was very responsive, honest, resourceful and friendly. I was selling the home I grew up in for my Mom, who owned the home for 60 years. My emotions were highly involved in this sale, and Jason was so thoughtful throughout the whole process.
