Was very friendly staff was awesome and knowledgeable
My appointment was at 8:15 and I was placed in an exam room at 8:20. The staff are friendly enough, but just seem like they would rather be treating patients rather than us old folks. Felt like I was just another number. Except for Dr. Reiss who was terrific and has a wonderful bed side manner. My comment doesn't apply to all staff of course. Some of them are very caring and courteous. The rest just seem better than us old farts.

Took the time to explain everything that was going on with my hip. Office staff from scheduling to surgery coordinator were friendly and took however much time that was needed!
I love Dr. Reiss, but sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes with the George Floyd funeral blasting on the tv was uncomfortable for me. This subject is way to controversial to have been playing in a doctor's waiting room. My daughter and son in law are NYPD officers and hearing these people praising a criminal like that and encouraging violence against police was extremely upsetting. Shame on you, that never should have happened.
Dr Reiss is very professional and knowledgable about what he does. Excellent "bedside" manner. He makes you fell relaxed and answers questions to the fullest. He is an excellent doctor and no arrogant. Highest regards, and will more than recommend him.
He takes time to find an answer. I am never made to feel he is rushing me out.
