Took the time to explain everything that was going on with my hip. Office staff from scheduling to surgery coordinator were friendly and took however much time that was needed!
I love Dr. Reiss, but sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes with the George Floyd funeral blasting on the tv was uncomfortable for me. This subject is way to controversial to have been playing in a doctor's waiting room. My daughter and son in law are NYPD officers and hearing these people praising a criminal like that and encouraging violence against police was extremely upsetting. Shame on you, that never should have happened.
Dr Reiss is very professional and knowledgable about what he does. Excellent "bedside" manner. He makes you fell relaxed and answers questions to the fullest. He is an excellent doctor and no arrogant. Highest regards, and will more than recommend him.
He takes time to find an answer. I am never made to feel he is rushing me out.

I went for cortisone injections. Dr.Reiss was very professional. He is easy to talk to. Office staff is very friendly. I would recommend Dr. Reiss to anyone who needs his services.
Dr. Reiss has replaced both of my knees with no problems. He's a competant and compassionate surgeon!
