It took over 2 hours to get to see the doctor. After the first hour, I was told that they were in the process of inputting my information into the system.

clear, concise, and extremely well organized, objective. ("This is what will happen, and why.) Made me feel confident that I could do this successfully. He explained a very complicated major surgery in terms a layperson could understand. He is very positive, and puts one at ease.
The nurses and the doctor were very professional yet personable and comforting.
Dr. Reiss recently performed a total hip replacement for me. He was kind, compassionate and took his time explaining the procedure. His work is amazing and so is my new hip. After just a week I feel better than I did before the surgery. I can't recommend him enough.
Dr. Reiss performed a hip replacement on me on August 10th. I was walking with no pain 4 hours after I got of the operating table. I was discharged from physical therapy a week early because they said I didn't need it any more. I was prescribed pain pills, but never had to use one. I can't imagine a better orthopedic surgeon. I wish there was a term higher than outstanding. I strongly recommend him to anyone who feels they need a hip replacement.
