Dr Riess listens. He is kind and works to get you what you need. Consulted with one of his colleagues to offer the best treatment for me. Office is busy and they may be behind but that is because he gives as much as you need. Thanks for the new knee.
The office is run very efficiently. Staff very helpful and polite. Dr. Reiss is the best. He goes over what your options are and lets you make your own decision.

Amazing! Everybody was professional and caring! I’ve been told for years that I’m too young to get a new knee. Dr Reiss took X-rays and listened to what I had to say and determined that I needed a new one! He actually listened to me and has sympathy! I am beyond ecstatic! I highly recommend Dr Reiss!!!
I love Dr Reiss, but they really need to do something about the wait times. Last visit I waited an hour and a half. I was hoping this time would be better. This time it was an hour after my appointment time. Need better scheduling. The last few times were just injections, so once I was seen, it was quick. Anyone having an evaluation is going to take longer. There really has to be a better way. I don’t see any real way to speed things up during the appointment, so it has to start with the scheduling.
