Having problems with right hip for 2 months. So happy to find out it was bursitis. Received a cortisone shot & given prescription for physical therapy
This was a followup visit for my hip replacement, which has gone fabulously from operation until now. Life changing! Today Dr Reiss answered all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully.
Impossible WAITING ROOM wait. Always has been. For such a GREAT SET OF DOCTORS it is unbelievable how disorganized they are at both locations. HIRE A BUNCH yes I said a bunch of PAs to get the time moving. I had to leave without seeing the Doc after 1 hour and 10 min. and after I was next but 2 other couples were called ahead of me again. And before it would be the usual 1 hour wait in the Back room as well. I had a church obligation and needed to provide transportation of others to the church. Dr. Reiss is very professional and knowledgeable. He explains everything un detail .
Did not have to wait long. Dr Reiss administered shots into both knees. Never felt the shots. He is friendly & concerned with my needs.
Two weeks post RTKA and first visit. Doctor and his professional staff were interested in me and my recovery journey. All questions were answered. I am progressing nicely and am thankful for his skill and expertise.
I've been through a lot with Dr. Reiss. 3 surgeries to get me moving again. Although I'll never be back to 100%, I will be able to have a better quality of life than I ever expected after my accident. I suffered for years through the pain. When it finally stopped me in my tracks, Dr. Reiss stepped in and got to work. I feel like he put humpty dumpty back together again. Although I'm still healing, I'm finally starting to think I'll be okay. Thanks Doc.
