Just had a 30 minute deep tissue massage with Nisa and I have to apologise for the amount of knots in my neck and shoulders she had to contend with. I will have to book again for another deep tissue massage and a relaxing massage after. Very professional, clean and welcoming premises and a gem of a masseuse. Well done and thank you.
Went for a pregnancy massage during my 2nd trimester, loved every second! Every member of staff was polite and professional. The room was warm and calming, lovely music and great massage - it was perfect pressure. Also my bump was supported really well, I have had pregnancy massages in other places in previous pregnancies and always felt a bit uncomfortable - at Montra I almost fell asleep, and as someone who suffers from chronic insomnia this was amazing! Can't rate them more highly!
After over a week of lower back pain, chiropractor visits with no joy, I took some friends advice to try massage. Best thing I’ve done, the sharp pain has gone and I feel refreshed and relaxed. Lovely staff and great experience!! Would massively recommend!!!
