Horrible dentists honestly. I’m 16 & the dentist i was with had to give me 6 rounds of anaesthetic to numb the area she was performing on because she kept missing. She continued doing very painful things to my teeth when i told her it was painful. I went in there for a hole in ONE tooth i left with THREE HOLES SHE had drilled into HEALTHY TEETH that have been causing me pain for the last couple months. I called to book an appointment and wanted to book the follow up appointment. When i was seeking clarifcation on why i can not they deemed that aggressive. I find it funny that claiiming aggression is used a way of not answering questions. All i wanted to know if what is going to happen in the appointment which is a check up. Horrible condersending surgery with zero customer service unless your a middle class white person.
Horrible dentist practice. They treated my son so badly that i decided i will no longer attend. They refuse to answer questions, randomly enforce a zerp tolorence policy when they dont have answers to questions, they lie about policy and availability and they this is a way of them shunting you into higher prices. They advertise NHS but do not treat NHS patients with any dignity or respect.
What a joke of a surgery. There are others in the area which are respectful and do a consistent good service for Dentist and their patients.
Absolutely terrible work done to a retainer in my mouth. They tried to fix it twice and failed so I had to get it redone elsewhere.
