I rented a property with Jarvis Student Properties during my final year, and it was by far the most seamless renting experience I've had as a student. The house was handed over in excellent condition, and communication with them was always easy and straightforward. They were incredibly welcoming and understanding, and maintenance issues were resolved quickly. Overall, I had a very positive experience renting with them, and I would highly recommend them to other students!!
Absolutely brilliant pair. Always quick to help out, repair stuff, and lovely to chat to. Best landlords I’ve experienced in my time at university and I’d recommend them to absolutely anyone. Everything with Andrew and Josh was simple, which took away all the accommodation stress from my studies. 10/10 🎉
My boyfriend and I lived in a 2-bedroom flat managed by Jarvis for two years while finishing our undergraduate degrees and completing our Master’s. The flat was newly refurbished when we moved in, as they had recently bought it.
