The process was really easy and I chose Jarrods because I think their metal banisters were contemporary yet hard wearing. The fitters were really polite and clean and tidy and although we had some potential asbestos issues it was still finished quickly. So pleased with my new stairs and it has completely transformed the heart of our house. Thank you to the whole team!
A strong and stable staircase, expertly installed by the Jarrods fitter in 3 days. I can't see how you could beat this for quality of product and service. This is the second staircase we've had from Jarrods, the first being in a previous house, and which was more complicated but just as well implemented. Top marks also for the sales and surveying process, carried out with no pressure and with patient explanation of all aspects of the work.
Jarrods Staircases have just completed the refurbishment of our landing and staircase, and we are delighted with the result and would highly recommend them. All Jarrods staff involved were polite, friendly and courteous throughout the design and delivery. We now have a very attractive looking stair case thanks to Jarrods. We experienced a professional approach from start to finish. Polite and tidy throughout the work carried out. They said they would complete before Christmas, and were true to their word even though it meant them working a long day. Highly recommend 👌
The whole experience was really good. The quote was accepted and then the staircase was installed 3 weeks later. There were phone calls to check we were still ok for the installation dates, and Chris, the installer, was very professional cleaning up after each day. The stairs look brilliant! We have the oak, twisted spindle, staircase. It was fitted in 3 days. We would highly recommend them.
