I call four times and they notify me that my car is not there. Later, they call me to tell me that the car appeared but without keys, the car was delivered with keys, very little communication between you internally and bad attitude of the person who attended me four times on the phone and the cherry on the cake there are no rentals bad customer service.
RecommendedAlways courteous and get things done as promised. Even during this pandemic the waiting room is sanitized and properly marked for our safety
Big Shout Out to Joyce in Service Dept. , Went in for oil change and maintenance with no appt on Saturday morning, She got my vehicle in there and even asked if I wanted it washed/cleaned, and done within hour to hour & half, she also let me know that I had a recall, ordered part for me to come back. Ease of booking service appointments, service writers are courteous and efficient. Facility is clean and orderly.
