Disastrous incomplete repair work on our 2017 MKX . Dirty fingerprints on the interior a now broken seat belt retractor that wasn’t when we took it in, the mechanic scratched the rear bumper , we were told it would be fixed it wasn’t. A stained headliner they promised to replace, it wasn’t. We will call tomorrow in hopes of getting these things resolved. Frankly were not very hopeful. If you can find another Lincoln dealer go there instead.

My entire experience with Jarrett Gordon Lincoln has been excellent. They treat me with professionalism, and courtesy. They respond very rapidly when I need them to pick up my Lincoln for service. They leave me with a different beautiful new Lincoln loaner car every time, and return my car cleaned and serviced. This saves me more than a 50 mile round trip. I would buy my next car from them without hesitation! Great people to deal with.
