I have bought several cars in my life. This was the easiest car-buying experience I have ever had. I spoke with the internet sales manager, Chuck Watson, before I made the long drive to Winter Haven. The whole experience only took a couple hours, from test-driving to being handed the keys. No crazy dealer fees and very fast, friendly service. I will be back for my next car! New car below KBB. It’s worth the drive! Do your homework. Other Ford dealers just can’t compete. Ask for Chuck.

I brought my 2011 Ford Fusion in for service and a recall this morning (8/13/19) and was told it would be done today by Bobby Sue. I received no calls as of 5:40pm from the service department about the status of my car and when *I* called and spoke to Will, to ask about its status. Had an issue with a slow leak in a new tire purchased from a membership club. Well, they couldn't get the lug nuts off. Swollen lug nuts. Yes, that's a real thing. At Jarrett Gordon, they showed me the lug nuts were not swollen. And they went above and beyond and patched my tire for free. My husband recently passed away and it seems like I have just been bombarded with little things like this. Without knowing this back story, rhe employees at Jarret Gordon made one thing go away.
