If you buy a new battery it should last at least 3 or more years. If you get a replacement battery with in the 3 years... The replacement battery should at least last 3 or more years. If the replacement does not last the 3 or more years... It should be replaced.... Not prorated price .. Very disappointed... I spend a lot here .. All of my services are done here... Not anymore!

Incredible buying experience last Friday with Peter at Jarret Gordon ford. My husband and I told him what we were looking for in a vehicle and he immediately showed us the perfect Ford Explorer. He was quick, efficient and very no hassle! The finance manager was also great at getting us in and out very quickly with just the numbers we wanted to see on paper. We are so pleased! We’ll definitely be back!
I had an error on my bill and I mentioned it on the survey that was sent to me. I just received a call telling me they are going to straighten it out This is one of the few times in my life it happened. It put them back as my favorite. I may want to buy a car next year and this is the place I want to go. Thank you for your good service.
I was sent here by KBB who said I would get 4100 for the car I was trading in. GM refused to honor the offer stating “they may have to do work on it”. Have 1500 less then the KBB offer. Won’t use again won’t recommend. I will say my sale person Peter did a good job however he was over ridden by the GM who has poor customer service skills.

Went for an oil change last Friday. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Since I bought my pick up truck brand new, I wasn’t charge a dime. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new ride. Awesome people and service.
