Misleading sales tactics. They tried to sell a car as accident free, saying "its a 1 owner 0 accident vehicle" but when I found out it had been in an accident the salesman said "I never said it wasn't in an accident man. I never said it was or was not." BUYER BEWARE, DON'T TRUST SALESMEN
Had an 8a appt for The Works express lane oil change. Arrived at 745a. Didn’t get out until 930a
I knew that I'd be getting great service from Chuck since I've gotten several cars from him at his previous dealership. What I wasn't expecting was that the entire staff including the General Manager were just as pleasant and helpful as Chuck. I must say that this was by far the best car buying experience that I've ever had. If you're looking for a great car buying experience led by the most knowledgeable and non pushy salesman then go see Chuck and you won't be disappointed.
