We put $1000 down on 12/9 to hold a truck in order to get paperwork needed. Were assured they would NOT sell it. On 12/11 we called in am to make sure all ok & say papers on way. Were assured again they would NOT SELL IT. Faxed PAPERS TO THEM. Received a call from them at 3pm saying they sold our truck that morning! WHAT?? Too bad, so sorry was all we were told by him. Hit on credit for what? Can they fix that? No truck! BE CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST AND BELIEVE!! NOT THESE PEOPLE!!
Best experience ever!! Michael the salesman and Adam the finance manager are the best in the business!! Never had a experience like I had!! Oh the cleanliness in the store is impeccable!! Michael never gave up on us!! Adam worked with ford for hours until they’d give us an approval!! The communication was best I’ve seen!! Thank you Michael and Adam for a fabulous experience you both are amazing!!!
Worst car buying experience I've ever had . Save yourself the heartache .
Went to buy a car. No one would speak to me. Left. Went somewhere else and got a new car. They didn’t want to make a sale apparently.
My husband had his truck repaired at their body shop and they did a great job a few years ago. Hurricane Irma did some damage to his truck and the body shop manager had his guys repair it for free. His deductible was more then the damage, so we expected to pay the damages ourselves. What a nice surprise. My husband will definitely consider buying from them when he gets a new truck. Thank you Glen. We really appreciate the gift.
Went in for an oil change. They were very nice there and very professional. I would go there again.
My car insurer, USAA, referred me to Jarrett Gordon Ford in Winter Haven for repair of my Hyundai Sonata. Easily the best referral I have ever received. Manager Glen and his staff are professional, kind, and respectful of the needs of the customer. They work seamlessly with USAA to complete the business of the transaction.The body work on my car was perfection. My 2013 car has a blue grey sparkly color that I thought would be hard to match. Not so. Plus the little extras to make an old lady's life easier.
