Bout a fusion here last year, great experience! Went back this year to get a 2018 Ford Edge. My husband and I were treated like family! Everyone was very nice and helpful! Have been back a couple times for service center , hands down the best service center I ha e ever dealt with!! Very nice!!

We attempted to give them another chance after a very upsetting situation at the quick lane in which we will never use them again, but the prices posted online at winter Haven ford just couldn’t be beat. We were meet immediately before even being able to exit our truck first red flag, when we went to the overflow lot to try and look at other options the vehicles are so staked you really can’t comfortably look over a vehicle. I had bought my 2008 Ford focus from them in 2008 and I just bought my 2015 Lincoln Mkz hybrid from them, the sale team took care of me and company needs and their Detailing Department did an outstanding job o. my 2015 Lincoln MKZ, 2006 Ford Mustang & my 2015 Ford F150 company truck.
