I purchased my Escape at this dealership after doing a ridiculous amount of shopping and research. I visited multiple dealerships and found Eddie Pratt to be the most helpful sales person I have ever dealt with. Every staff member we have had contact with since the purchase, from sales to finance to service department, has been friendly and accommodating. I could not be more pleased with my car or the service I have received.
New to the area and came by for service. Everyone was friendly and I was in and out of there.
