I can't think the staff at Jarrett Gordon Ford enough! From sales to finance they will do whatever it takes to get you in the car of your dreams, as well as helping keep the payment where it needs to be for you. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked hard to get me the car that I wanted, at the price I wanted. My salesman, Jerry was not pushy and allowed me to take my time in making a decision. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!
Worst ford service department I have ever been to. They had no idea what was covered under my Warrenty, tried to make me get brakes which are covered. Quoted me a price for new tires, but only offered one kind no options and then made me wonder the parking lot to find my car that still had the mechanic paper on the floor board. I have never had such a bad experience with any ford dealer prior to this and I will take my business to one of the many other Ford locations.

We needed help today after our alternator went out on the way to legoland from north west Florida. They went above and beyond by fixing the truck, picking us up from stranded at a gas station and then taking us and our kids to Legoland so our vacation wouldn't be hindered any more. They are USAA preferred and we can see why. So very thankful and Def believe they are to notch!
The people that work there are great, especially Glenn and Sid in the body shop.
