We purchased a 2013 CPO Lincoln MKX from Jarrett Gordon Ford Lincoln last week. We couldn't be happier with our experience. We traveled from St. Pete to do business...it was well worth the travel time. The car was in perfect condition as described online. We received help from Tony, Stuart and Eddie. They were all wonderful. After doing much research, I know I got the best deal from Jarrett. Thank You :)
Purchased 2014 Ford Fiesta back in February. The sale could not have gone smoother. Michael Vasquez was great along with all the other staff.
Not happy with our recent service at JGF. Unfortunately the service department would not own up to their mistake (which cost us a new transmission), and insinuated that we may be trying to lie to them. Terrible that even honest people are treated as liars. We will be taking our Ford's to another dealer nearby. Hopefully no one else runs into the terrible service we had.
