because I drove my car in there and it was just fine for a factory recall on an airbag when I picked my car up it no longer runs all of a sudden the transmission is shot!!!!! The dash they took apart to put the airbag in came back to me very loose when they opened the hood they messed things up very very badly very bad experience I no longer have a car now due to them... like I said my car was running perfectly fine when I drove it into the place when I pulled out its stalled on me twice then I got stuck on the side of the r... read more

They have always been helpful, however this last visit was most helpful. I had been out of town when my Edge developed a brake issue. Took it to a Ford Dealership they were unable to find a problem. When I got home took van into Jarrett Gordon Ford the head of service Dept. Diagnosed prob. Has been fine since.
Recently bought a Ford Edge Titanium from this wonderful dealership. I had been to 4 other dealerships and was over it all. Jarrett Gordon Ford offered me a more than fair price on my trade in, allowed us to test drive the SUV I wanted without a salesperson in the car, and then showed me final numbers that were fair and reasonable. I am still shocked at how easy the entire process was, nothing like the other dealerships we had been to. Highly recommend!

Excellent concierge service provided by Eric.
Never an issue with JGFord service department. Always timely and courteous. I have read some feedback saying they are rude at times, this and that; but as for myself I have not had this issue.
Worse service department in the world. Employees talk down at customers and the service manager Kevin Beavers could careless how the customers are being treated by his employees. Zero star rating horrible place to do business with
