I brought my 2017 Expedition for its 15k maintenance, yes 15k. We purchased her in 2018 and dont drive her much. I needed some concerns looked at as well. Number one, every time I hit a bump, she was all over the place. Second, my rear driver door open indicator kept coming on. After checking the vehicle, I was told my shocks were bad. Made an appointment, waited over a week for service, and I showed up before time. They did not know the reason I was there although they were told when I originally called. I was then told they would work the service in. Finally recommended i go home and wait until transmission acts up even more. He did offer to drive my car for 10 miles and then put it on the computer,but that was going to take a few days. I left with my car and will never return to this dealership. I called Davenport and got the service I needed.

I guess I am done bringing my vehicles three of them to Jarrett Ford in Winter Haven I needed my ABS light check oil changed and some headlights fixed Robert told me it was 3 to 4 days out that is totally unacceptable and I feel it was retribution. I will definitely file a complaint with Ford this is unnecessary and business should be business and personal feelings should be personal feeling.
Had my car serviced there. Yesterday! They were helpful, courteous, and efficient!
After searching many places for tires for my 2014 MKS, and being told repeatedly, they would need to be ordered. I finally said I guess I should try the dealership. Ready to pay top dollar, I was pleasantly surprised to find they price matched the lowest price online. We didn't even ask them to do this. Very friendly staff in the service department, and the wait was not that long. Thank you.

They were quick. The service tech was very helpful and pleasant. I went in early and they took me right away. The price was reasonable also.
