Wanting to be able to sharpen my home cooking knives independently, I attended a knife sharpening class in early July, taught by Maulik. He's clearly an expert in this area and a real wealth of information. The class was fantastic and I left with both theory and practical knowledge on how to maintain my (not that expensive) home knives. Highly recommended!!
It is sometimes unexpected to see how much information there can be on a topic like knife and sharpening. As a hobbyist, I decided to take a knife sharpening class to learn more, and I thoroughly enjoyed the session, which was both knowledgeable and professional yet approachable. I learned the basics of a new skill that will allow me to customise the way I use my humble knives for cooking. Thanks!
amazing catalog of knives
Loved the idea of the store and the products. Cant speak much about the quality as I’m still waiting for my order. The staff tho wasn’t very great :/ The guy that “helped” me was not very helpful but rather sarcastic and inpatient. Loads of products inside the store but not very well managed especially the downstairs area. Definitely recommend just not the Soho store.
Loved chopsticks collection. Staff is very helpful & kind. I asked for a display piece of a chopstick & was told to open a packed one and check on my own. Been to another branch at marble arch before & staff thier was similarly nice & helpful too and it had more tableware collections
