Nice service from Manan, I took my Sujihiki that I bought on the company to be sharpen, it was perfectly razor sharp, so sharp that I was at work, the Head chef used it and told me that it felt like a Katana
They sold me the wrong chopping board beside they said is for all day all type use. After 2 days already a crack in the middle. I go to the shop and they recognised that chopping board didn’t serve that purpose and ask me to replace it for another type. After 2 weeks, nobody contact me as to when the replacement will arrive. The guy pretended not to remember like I will forget what I ordered. Then after holding my payment for 3 weeks, suggested a refund.
