Our dog got out and someone dropped him off at Ark. They took good care of him, and worked to find us through his chip and FB, while we searched for him. We were very lucky to be reunited with him just a few minutes ago. Thank you for your kindness Ark!!
Terrible service. Called to ask about bringing a sick dog for an appointment. Was told to give information over phone to expedite my wait time was told that I would be worked in between appointments it should be a 30 minute wait or so and a $50 fee. After filling out even more paperwork when I arrived I waited for 2 hours with a sick dog and still not even an acknowledgement I was there, and we were the only ones in the waiting room. Dr. Wimpee is exceptional. She truly loves animals and it clearly shows. Have been going there since 2004 and would not consider changing. Everyone has always been courteous.
Best doctors, best value, best service. They brought my shepherd back from the dead for next to nothing after he suffered organ failure having been bitten by a brown recluse.
I owe everything n to ARK animal hospital right now. My best friend Bandit was mauled 2 days ago. So very frightening. The people at ark were so professional and thorough. They kept me updated every few minutes (Thanks, Jan). My boy is sore but bouncing back. Thank you so much for the excellent care of both my dog and i. See you all in October for shot update.
